Return & Exchange Policy

At saint umi, we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible. If your purchase isn’t quite right after trying it on, you can request a return by reaching out to us.

Return Policy
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a returns number via email. Please note that shipping fees and any import duties paid are non-refundable.
- Returned item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your returns number. Returns received after this period may be eligible for store credit only or may not be processed.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or returned without proper packaging may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
- Accessories and jewelry must be returned in their original condition, with all branded labels and packaging intact.
- Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.

How to Return Your Purchase
To initiate a return, email us at customercare@saintumi.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief reason for your return. Our Customer Care team will then provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and any necessary documents, which must be printed and attached to the package. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is securely repackaged and shipped back within the return window.

Receiving Your Refund
- Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be credited to the original payment method in the original currency.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was received in a defective condition.
